beautiful charm but slow elevators
The building is stunning like a trip back in time. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes the extra mile to help you out.
Those elevators were slower than a tortoise in a marathon.

Staying there was a real hassle. The check-in process was a nightmare; the staff was rude and dismissive, making me feel like I was a bother. It took forever just to get my card sorted out. Super stressful!...

great vibes and cozy beds
Super comfy beds and super nice staff! The decor was amazing, and I loved the peanut butter sandwiches they served. It was great being close enough to Bourbon St for fun, but far enough to escape the noise.

charming stay with great location
The hotel is charming and in a fantastic spot, just a short walk to the French Quarter. The room was clean, spacious, and had comfy bed linens. Loved the hot shower with good pressure. The PBJ sandwiches were a cute bonus! The fitness center was a nice perk.

Beautiful hotel built in the early 1900’s with lots of charm everywhere you look. Our room had so much character with high ceilings and crown moldings throughout. Everywhere was super clean. The bathroom had lovely marble and tile.
Beautiful hotel with large rooms and lots of character. The area is in the business district so it’s much quieter than in the French Quarter. The French Quarter is walkable, just about a mile away. Clean, historic with lots of character.
A little too far from the French quarter and all the tours. It’s not bad, around a mile, but it makes it hard to pop in for a quick hotel visit if you’re in the French Quarter. Also parking is additional. which is not uncommon for the city but may be a factor for some people. We paid around $40 a day. The nice thing is parking is right next to the hotel. As of 5/27/21 there is no food service on the property and the bar has very limited hours and only on certain days. They have partnered with another business where you can order “room service” until 8 pm. Also the pool was under construction.
